The beginning

Built as a sister ship to Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth joined the Cunard fleet in 2010. She pays tribute to the iconic vessels that preceded her — the original Queen Elizabeth of the 1930s and the much-loved Queen Elizabeth 2, affectionately known as the QE2. This legacy is reflected in her distinctive Art Deco interiors, recalling what many consider the Golden Age of ocean travel.
