Present on each of our Queens, the Royal Court Theatre is central to life on board after dark. From Cunard Insights talks and seminars to comedy, dance, live music, and show-stopping performances, it’s a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends, both familiar and newly made.

Our grand theatre can be found on every Cunard ship, though each has its own character. Choose a theatre box on Queen Elizabeth or Queen Victoria, or enjoy cabaret seating on Queen Mary 2 to feel even closer to the action.

Ever the stand-out among her sisters, our flagship offers a very different Royal Court Theatre, with a wider auditorium, a beautifully lit stage, and cabaret-style seating.
Private boxes
Add something truly special to your theatre experience – why not hire a private box? Available on Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, a Cunard bellhop will escort you to your seat, where you’ll be served a fine selection of chocolates and desserts alongside delicious Champagne. Reservations can be made on board up until 3pm on the day of the performance, and are available at an additional charge, plus a 15% service charge, per couple.
Accessibility
The Royal Court Theatre on all ships includes wheelchair-accessible spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Entertainment team will be on hand to help you find a space and assist with safe storage of any mobility equipment.
On Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, the Royal Court Theatre also offers two wheelchair-accessible boxes for private hire.
